I have been in the beauty industry for almost 20 years. I started as an apprentice at a high-end, commission salon. Within 5 years of my 1st day I was in the top 5 sales out of 30 hairdressers. From there I landed a suite and worked by myself. I left the suite to open a salon where it allowed me to have a staff. I now own a successful commission salon where I also work behind the chair. I have apprenticed several people over the years and helped them get licensed. I am now an educator and am helping people with any aspect of the industry by teaching salon owners how to train their staff, students how to build a clientele from the ground up as well as technique classes in cutting, coloring or styling. I have a passion to teach and simplify things so that no matter how you learn, you will be able to master what I am teaching.
